Our Art Gallery images are viewable for the sole purpose of selling and promoting art reproductions from their authorized sources. The Art Gallery images on this web site may not be reproduced, distributed, redistrubuted or sold for any other purpose; or be stored in any type of media (print, electronic, database, etc.) that infringes on their authorized and intended use.
- Custom Photo-to-Canvas Prints
It is the customer's responsibility to authorize Canvas Arts to reproduce a personal photo, or to obtain copyright permission from the photographer of a photo that the customer would like reproduced. Either case needs to be documented on Canvas Arts' Copyright Release Form. Canvas Arts will not process a custom photo-to-canvas print order without a Copyright Release Form. Please note that Canvas Arts and its employees, owners and representatives are not liable for any damages arising from fraudelent copyright permissions provided by a customer.

All other web images and content are the property of Canvas Arts, Inc., unless otherwise noted. All other logos, company names or trademarks cited are the property of their respective owners and are used with permission. - Customer Content & Ordering Responsibilities
Canvasartsinc.com customers are responsible for providing all ordering information in a complete and accurate manner. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the necessary level of detail when specific special instructions accompany an order. Canvasartsinc.com is not responsible or liable for incorrect orders that result from incorrect customer information and/or instructions; or from customer photos, negatives, slides, and/or digital images that upon inspection, Canvas Arts has stated cannot be adequately reproduced.

- To Add an Item to Your Shopping Cart
To add an Art Gallery canvas print, Custom Photo-to-Canvas print, or Canvas Arts Gift Certificate to your shopping cart, click the "Add to Cart" button. Each item comes with additional options that you may select, such as framing and texture gel application. Please note that options vary per item and are noted only with those items where they are available.
- To Continue Shopping
To continue shopping click on the "Continue Shopping" button in the shopping cart. This will take you back to the Canvas Arts web site and minimize your shopping cart in your windows task bar on the bottom of your computer screen. To see your PayPal shopping cart again, just click on the minimized PayPal window on your Windows task bar.
- To View Your Shopping Cart
If you close the PayPal browser window prior to checking out, you can view the items in your shopping cart by clicking on the "View Cart" button from any Item Ordering page.
- To Add One or More Copies to an Item Already in Your Shopping Cart
To add one or more copies to an item you have already placed in your shopping cart, simply change the quantity to the desired number in the "Quanity" column of the your shopping cart and click the "Update Cart" button.
- To Remove One or More Items from Your Shopping Cart
To remove one or more items from your shopping cart, check the checkbox in the "Remove" column associated with the item(s) you would like to delete and click the "Update Cart" button.
