Replacement Returns
If an Art Gallery order does not arrive in quality condition, Image Decor / Canvas Arts will replace it free of charge upon receipt of the originally ordered item back at Image Decor / Canvas Arts. Once Image Decor / Canvas Arts has received the customer's original Art Gallery order and determined defect, a replacement order will be shipped to the customer free of charge. Image Decor / Canvas Arts does not reimburse for customer return shipping.
Full Returns
Art Gallery prints must be shipped back at customer expense to receive a refund of 100% minus original shipping costs. Return item(s) must be shipped back to Image Decor / Canvas Arts within 15-days of customer receipt for refund and arrive in quality condition. Returns that arrive damaged will have a 30% materials and processing fee deducted from the full purchase price.
Custom Canvas Prints

If a Custom canvas order does not arrive in quality condition, Image Decor / Canvas Arts will replace it free of charge upon receipt of the originally ordered item back at Image Decor / Canvas Arts. Once Image Decor / Canvas Arts has received the customer's original custom order and determined defect, a replacement order will be shipped to the customer free of charge. Image Decor / Canvas Arts does not reimburse for customer return shipping.
Full Returns
Custom prints must be shipped back at customer expense to receive a 70% refund. Return item(s) must be shipped back to Image Decor / Canvas Arts within 15-days of customer receipt for refund. Due to the nature of a Custom order, Image Decor / Canvas Arts must charge a 30% materials and processing from the full purchase price on returned custom canvas prints.
